Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from The Neutral Club Co! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with an easy return process.
Returns
• All returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only — we do not offer refunds.
• Once your return is received and processed, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
• Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes at checkout.
Exchanges
While we cannot guarantee exchanges due to inventory availability, we’re happy to accommodate if we can! Include a note in your return package specifying the item/size you’d like to exchange for, and we’ll do our best to fulfill it.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale items marked 30% off or more
• Thrifted and vintage items
• Jewelry, purses, accessories
• Bodysuits, swimwear, intimates
• Gift cards
Return Conditions
All merchandise must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to reject any items that show signs of wear or damage.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned in unsellable condition.
Shoe Returns
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a separate shipping box. Please do not tape or write directly on the shoebox. Damaged or improperly packaged shoe returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
