How does shipping work?
We ship out all of our packages through USPS.
You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days.
Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.

If you need to get your purchased within 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be able to give you details on pricing, and time to expect the package.
All returned items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the date delivered.
Only online credit will be given for items and is Final Sale.
Store credit cannot be combined with other discount codes at checkout.
No refunds will be granted. Want to exchange? We can't hold, but if you leave a note in your package stating that you are wanting to exchange for a different size, or color, we can do so based off of our inventory available at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible.
Please allow 3-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email your online code once we have processed your return.

Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We inspect each item before we package and send them out to you. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Please do not use scissors or any sharp utensils to open your package.
We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item that shows signs of wear, unattached tags, or damaged clothing.
Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
SHOES: Any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Any damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted. DO NOT tape the shoe box in any way or use the shoe box as the shipping box.
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or returns lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records
Once we receive your return, we will then email you your online credit code.
